Our Mission

Current AI is extractive — researchers train models that work to replace their contributions. The default is opt-out, and the direction of value flows away from the scientists who create it.

CoreTx exists to reverse that flow. We believe AI should remove friction from research, not replace researchers. Every tool we build starts from that principle.

How It Works

Researchers share Knowledge Objects (KOs) — bite-sized contributions like hypotheses, negative results, methods, and datasets — with full attribution and version control.

Our platform then matches your work with complementary research across disciplines, surfacing cross-domain connections that no keyword search would find.

The result: faster discovery, unexpected collaborations, and research that builds on the global knowledge graph rather than staying siloed.

Data Ownership

With CoreTx, you opt in — you own your data, always. When we train, it's only to match you with complementary research for the benefit of your work.

Contrast that with extractive AI platforms where you have to opt out of training, and your contributions are used to build models that compete with you. We believe the default should be researcher ownership and control.

Matching Technology

Our matching goes beyond LLM similarity. It uses structural analysis of how research connects — finding complementary work that spans domains and disciplines.

We've predicted collaborations years before they happened, and surfaced cross-domain connections that no keyword search would find.

Priority Protection

Every Knowledge Object is cryptographically timestamped with your ORCID and SHA-256 hashed — establishing proof of when you first captured an idea. NDA-protected reveals keep unpublished work confidential.

Sharing research shouldn't mean giving up control. Optional IP tools are available for researchers who need them.

Future Vision

The next decade could be the most exciting in science history — more to discover than in the last 1,000 years combined. We're building tools to make sure researchers are at the center of that discovery.

Down the road, researchers may be able to opt in to monetize their data — selling to frontier labs or benefiting from downstream value creation.
